What I Do
AI Enablement, Tools, and Workflow Strategy
I help organizations identify practical ways to use AI inside real business workflows.
My work sits at the intersection of business operations, software tools, automation, user adoption, and implementation strategy. I focus on helping teams understand where AI can create value, which tools are the right fit, how those tools should be configured or integrated, and how people can actually use them in day-to-day work.
I am especially interested in AI enablement, AI adoption, AI solutions consulting, AI implementation, workflow transformation, and business-facing AI strategy.
The layer I work best at is not deep machine learning engineering or custom model development. I am not focused on building AI models from scratch or owning complex backend platforms. Instead, I focus on translating business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions using existing tools, configurable platforms, low-code systems, workflow builders, and vendor-supported integrations.
How I Help
I help teams:
- Identify business problems, workflow gaps, and manual processes that could be improved with AI or automation.
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and software options based on the actual business need.
- Decide whether a solution should be bought, configured, integrated, automated, or escalated to a deeper technical build.Map current-state and future-state workflows.
- Configure tools and connect systems through admin consoles, GUI-based workflows, low-code platforms, and supported integrations.
- Test AI-enabled workflows and troubleshoot practical implementation issues.
- Create documentation, demos, training materials, and user guidance.
- Support adoption by helping teams understand how to use AI tools effectively, responsibly, and confidently.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, software vendors, and end users.
How I Think About AI
I believe the best AI solutions are not always the most complex ones.
Many organizations do not need custom models or overengineered platforms to get meaningful value from AI. They need someone who can understand the workflow, evaluate the tools, choose the right approach, guide implementation, train the users, and make sure the solution actually fits the way people work.
My goal is to help organizations use AI in ways that are practical, maintainable, understandable, and operationally useful.
My Value
I bring hands-on technical credibility from building AI-assisted workflows, automation systems, documentation tools, and reporting pipelines, combined with a strong preference for working at the business-facing solution layer.
That means I can speak with technical teams, understand system constraints, read platform documentation, troubleshoot integrations, evaluate implementation options, and translate technical possibilities into clear decisions for business stakeholders.
I am strongest in roles where I can help organizations choose the right AI tools, implement them thoughtfully, support adoption, and make AI useful in everyday work.
